We will send you an email confirmation. Full payment shall be made prior to the delivery. Email notification will be sent to you once we received your payment and when delivery has been processed.
Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the item's colors you see on your monitor are identical to the item's color.
Items sold are NEW unless stated.

CANCELLATION:
Once you've placed an order with us, payment(s) are required to be made to secure the order. First come first serve basis. Once full payment has been made, we regret that no changes will be entertained. Therefore you are recommended to make changes before you make payment.

REFUND:
Should you have made payment to us and the item is out of stock, we will refund you the amount you have paid us.

SHIPPING and HANDLING:
We will use POS LAJU/ POS EXPRESS for all your deliveries. The shipping cost per delivery ranges from RM5 and above. Delivery may take appx. 2-5 working days.

Shipping will be arranged on every Tuesday and Saturday, except Public Holidays and first Saturday of the month.

It's very important to provide us with the correct delivery address, inc. your contact number. An email will be sent to you once delivery has been processed.
The risk of loss and title are passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

Sorry, no COD.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE:
We regret to inform you that there's no return/ exchange can be done unless if the item is torned or damaged.
Such return/ exchange MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 days after receiving the item or else will not be entertained.
